1. Content Guidelines & Strict Prohibitions

Cinequay operates as a neutral video hosting and streaming platform. Users may not upload or transmit:

• Non-consensual sexual content, intimate leaks, hidden camera footage, or non-consensual MMS.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of any kind. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.
• Content infringing upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets without explicit authorization.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing vectors, or automated malicious scripts.

2. Multi-Provider Storage & Retention Policy

Videos are replicated across multiple independent cloud backends. To optimize infrastructure, our standard storage policy requires videos to attain a minimum of 200 qualified views within 60 days to retain permanent long-term storage status. Videos not meeting retention criteria may be scheduled for retention review.

3. Monetization & Anti-Abuse Safeguards

Creator earnings are calculated strictly server-side using verified watch-time metrics (minimum 15 seconds continuous playback per unique viewer per 24 hours). Self-views, automated bots, and proxy loops are filtered out. Payout requests require a verified payment destination and are subject to administrator approval.

4. DMCA & Copyright Takedowns

To file an official takedown notice, visit our DMCA Notice Center. Expedited takedown actions are implemented within 24 hours of receiving a compliant notification.
